  1. he was saying he could not breath it is the officers responsibility and oath to protect. Not all charges perhaps should have been guilty I will agree BUT drugs, no drugs, resisting or not resisting and so much more the bottom line is this officer was in the wrong and needs to serve time.
    The entire time he was kneeling on GF he had his left hand in his pockets looking around. He is trained to see when someone is in distress which should immediately call for different actions. When people pass out, stop breathing there is a visible and physical change.
