Having had the chance to spend a couple weeks with Hanz, what he’s been through and who he is now is incredibly inspiring. I’m proud to know him. You’re the man buddy.

  2. Kim Buchanan says:

he animated the story which makes people take it in on another level, reading the words of Hanz’s story, watching the emotion & then the music WOW all the senses of anyone watching were effected. it was beautiful

  3. Mike Barclay says:

The beauty is in the breakdown. And having the ability to relate to someone who’s been through similar, or worse things than we’ve been through gives us hope. Especially seeing that you’ve coming out on the other side with a positive outlook.

  4. Frank Clark says:

@HanzFreller You have an incredible story and have been through so much. It is brave of you to share this with the world. For an extraordinary emotional healing process, I highly recommend you read The Journey by Brandon Bays. You can learn more at www.thejourney.com.

  5. Frank Clark says:

Life often pushes us to our limits, and there are strategies for healing and growth that can transform our lives. I have been on a path of personal and professional growth for 30 years now. I have recommended The Journey to many people and when they do the process, they always thank me and get a lot out of the process. God bless my friend!

  6. in those dark moments, hopefully we are lucky enough to have something like gardening, art, etc to fill us up even though it is just such a dark horrible empty feeling

  7. Wendy Morgan says:

I don’t believe it is a selfish act because most people feel the same way I did when I was in that dark place and I was so completely convinced the world would be a better place without me and that I was nothing but a burden to everyone I knew and they would actually be better off without me so as far as I was concerned at the time I was doing the best thing for everyone

  8. Frank Clark says:

@HanzFreller I lost one of my best and closest friends to suicide in May 2014 and have been had extensive experience with suicides of family members of close friends. I am glad that you got therapy and are encouraging others to get help and want to connect with you and support you in your journey!

  9. Wendy Morgan says:

Forgiving someone does not mean you condone what they did but it is necessary to release the anger! I recently heard someone say this in a wonderful way “Holding on to anger is like drinking poison and expecting the other person to die!”

  10. Bob King says:

@vicki_fitch I joined neard end, don’t have enough context to ask Q. But know enough I want to link up with Hanz for my future #B4SG (Blab for SocialGood (episodes)
