    I’ve done my MA on Business Development : Pre-Investment Strategy and I made a Whole Section about Leadership and Emotional Inteligence.

  2. Strictly from a “receiver’s side” the way to communicate to someone who is so very direct is to say: “when you say <*fill in the blank*> I am hearing : ” < blank> … and I feel 

  3. Being challenged with new ideas is sometimes a good thing. I know personally, that I need to have my cage rattled on a regular basis to shake me out of my complacency or my comfort zone

  4. /Q What do you think? I have found that my comfort zone is leading from the middle… and am probably more adept at “steering” the conversation (or sharing small insights) than leading it. Maybe it’s a comfort thing? From what you know of me… it a lack of Confidence thing?
